What will I be doing?

From the start on, you will be working in a client environment with a focus on e.g. our Core Banking Suite as well as additional modules. You’ll learn from the ground up how service, incident, and escalation management work in a fast-growing and innovative business environment.

Combined with the skills you’ve acquired during your studies, our structured onboarding program will teach you the programming languages and frameworks necessary to successfully support our key clients.

Through mentoring from our experienced experts, you will learn how change management works in an agile environment and develop into an experienced and valuable expert in your own right.

Requirements

Degree Courses:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, (Business) Informatics, Physics, (Business) Mathematics

Skillset:

• Strong analytical skills
• Practical experience in at least one object-oriented programming language
• The ability and motivation to learn additional programming languages and frameworks
• Strong interest in topics related to Banking and Financial Services
• Experience in Banking, Payments or Financial Services in general is considered a plus
• Structure & stringent logic 
• Teamplayer mentality
• Customer focus and quality consciousness
• Fluency in German and English
