招聘顾问在客户和候选人之间提供了一个重要的联系。

• 与招聘团队紧密合作，支持日常的招聘/管理活动。
• 在我们的数据库中注册新的候选人。
• 你将与客户经理紧密合作，确定客户内的人员需求。
• 制定、推动和执行搜索策略，招聘候选人，建立/培养一个市场领先的专业人才库。
• 利用你的网络、招聘网站、推荐人、广告和猎头
• 来寻找优秀的候选人。建立并维护与候选人的专业关系。
• 在一个时间敏感的环境中招聘IT专业人士，并将他们安置在多个客户公司的高端技术职位上。
• 你将成为候选人组合方面的专家。

要求:

• 计划2025年6月大学毕业生
• 有实习或商业活动方面的工作经验优先。
• 有猎头或销售经验优先。
• 沟通理解能力强，能够承受一定的压力，有绩效考核
• 对技术和创新有真正的兴趣
• 优秀的书面和口头沟通技巧和组织能力
• 积极主动，有团队精神，自我激励，愿意学习
• 流利的普通话，英语为佳

Technical Recruiter Interns provide a vital link between clients and candidates:

• Register new candidates to our database.
• Call candidates in our database to update their current status and update the information in our system.
• Utilizing your network, job boards, referrals, advertising, and headhunting to find exceptional candidates.
• Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with candidates.
• Recruiting IT professionals in a time-sensitive environment and placing them in high-end technical positions across multiple client companies.

Requirements/Skills

• Enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's Degree or planned to be graduating by June 2025 or already graduated.
• Genuine interest in technology and innovation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills & organizational skills.
• Proactive, team-player, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
• Fluent Mandarin and intermediate level English is required.
• Desirable previous work experience in internships or Professional Business Practices.
• Previous recruitment or sales experience is greatly preferred.
