Join our Talent Discovery team in Buenos Aires as a Junior Consultant and support key talent processes while developing your sourcing and selection skills. We are looking for a proactive team player who can help identify, attract, and evaluate talent across the digital market.

Your Impact & Responsibilities:

  • Support the end-to-end selection funnel, contributing from initial profile kick-off to final placement under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Assist in defining search strategies, provide market input to Hiring Managers, and help ensure cultural and technical fit.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage candidate communications and tracking throughout the funnel and help ensure compliance with TD processes.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Help design, analyze, and present reports to monitor process health, identify deviations, and recommend improvements.

The Essential Toolkit 🛠️

  • Familiarity with ATS (Greenhouse or similar).
  • Practical experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, hunting, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of the digital market and Argentinian labor legislation (or willingness to learn).
  • Advanced English.
