Let’s start with the role

We are seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Business & Operations) to join our Human Resources Department. Our Talent Acquisition team is a significant part of our HR department, responsible for sustaining the company’s expansion and headcount growth by servicing our recruiting needs and promoting our brand internationally. Your exceptional stakeholder and candidate management skills along with your passion for excellence will ensure your success in our fast-evolving business. 

As a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Business & Operations), you will:
 
  • Conduct thorough CV screenings, interviews and guide the hiring process to ensure the acquisition of top-notch talent;
  • Source and engage with students and professionals through a variety of channels, including university partnerships, job boards, and referrals;
  • Establish and maintain collaboration with external partners to strengthen Kaizen’s presence;
  • Represent Kaizen at career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment initiatives, engaging with potential candidates and promoting our company as an employer of choice;
  • Participate in internal projects by applying modern processes and cutting-edge tools;
  • Track and analyze key metrics related to recruitment;
  • Collaborate with decision-makers, elevating our hiring standards and driving excellence;
  • Create a memorable candidate experience, ensuring a positive impression regardless of the outcome.

What you’ll bring

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, thriving in fast-paced, rapid-growth environments;
  • Capability to work autonomously, pivot quickly and consistently achieve targets;
  • Proficiency in prioritization and success in a demanding environment;
  • Ability to multi-task in fast-paced organizations;
  • Passionate about working with people;
  • Attention to detail.
