Join the Sales & Churn Talent Acquisition team in Brazil, a small and highly collaborative group responsible for high-volume hiring that directly impacts business growth. The team works closely with Sales leaders and People Partners to ensure speed, quality and consistency in hiring. This role takes ownership of high-volume recruitment for our Field Sales structure.
Manage end-to-end hiring for Field Sales, Supervisory, Coordination and Retention roles
Deliver a consistent monthly hiring volume across growth and replacement pipelines
Review applications, conduct screening interviews and manage candidate progression
Partner with hiring managers to align on role priorities and candidate profiles
Use data to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience
Hands-on experience with high-volume, full-cycle recruitment, managing 15+ hires per month or multiple roles in parallel.
Clear and confident communication in both English and Portuguese in a professional environment.
Data-driven approach using hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, funnel conversion and quality of hire.
Strong organisation, reliability and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Collaborative working style with the ability to build strong, trust-based stakeholder relationships.
Direct impact on the growth of one of SumUp’s most strategic teams.
