As a Junior Talent Acquisition Manager at Westwing, you will play a key role in strengthening our talent pipeline, elevating hiring quality, speed, and candidate experience. In this hands-on and impact-driven role, you will balance recruiting with targeted sourcing and employer branding initiatives that contribute to our vision of becoming the Superbrand in Design. 

Your focus will be on our store and early-career segments, where you will directly influence our ability to attract and hire outstanding talent. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across People & Culture, Store Operations, and other business functions, acting with ownership, pace, and a strong customer mindset to ensure a seamless, premium recruiting journey. This position is limited to 1 year and based in Munich.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own end-to-end recruitment with focus on store teams, and early-career talent across functions, ensuring a fast, smooth, and premium candidate experience
  • Review and process applications, manage the candidate pipeline, and coordinate interviews end-to-end, including scheduling, logistics, and feedback collection
  • Build proactive sourcing pipelines for critical profiles by developing target company lists, outreach strategies, and market insights
  • Activate and evolve our employer branding presence across channels with compelling content and data-driven improvements to raise the talent bar and improve funnel quality
  • Drive operational excellence across Talent Acquisition processes, leveraging GenAI to streamline workflows, improve documentation, and enhance process hygiene

YOU COME WITH

  • First experience in recruiting paired with a strong interest in People & Culture, especially Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding trends
  • A hands-on, delivery-focused mindset, thriving in fast-moving environments, owning your results, and maintaining high quality even at scale
  • Strong communication skills and a confident, engaging approach toward candidates and hiring managers; fluency in English, German is a strong plus
  • A structured, detail-oriented working style with the ability to keep processes clean, organised, and scalable
  • Curiosity for data, tools, Artificial Intelligence, and process improvements, paired with openness to testing new ideas, acting fast, and contributing fresh perspectives
