What will you be doing?

We are looking for a diligent and committed person to join us in the role of Junior Systems Analyst within the Transformation Department.  As a Junior Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting process improvements, system enhancements, and cross-functional initiatives that drive our transformation agenda.

 In this role you will:

  • Assist in the implementation of new and existing internal system changes by coordinating requirements, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment with stakeholders
  • Continuously add, update, and maintain various systems within the company, ensuring they remain optimized and aligned with evolving business needs
  • Develop, configure, and implement new business processes and workflows directly within the company's Process Modeller. This includes designing the data model, defining business rules, configuring forms, and setting up the process flow logic.
  • Support the technical analysis, documentation, and improvement of automated processes, translating functional requirements, use cases, and acceptance criteria into technical specifications and test cases for the Bizagi implementation.
  • Assist in the implementation of system integrations (e.g., using SOAP/REST Web Services) to connect processes with internal and external enterprise applications.
  • Maintain and update technical implementation documentation, standards, and supporting tools, ensuring technical knowledge is accessible across the development team.
  • Utilize and master business process tools, along with related technologies (e.g., SQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS) to support solution design, development, unit testing, and deployment activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology.
  • 1-3 years of practical experience in Technical System Configuration, BPM Platform Administration, Software Development, or a related role, with demonstrable exposure to low-code development or process automation tools.
    • Highly desirable: Direct hands-on experience or certified knowledge of the Bizagi BPM Suite (Studio/Modeller).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate functional specifications into technical designs and implement robust, scalable workflows.
  • Excellent attention to detail in configuration, low coding and testing activities, ensuring high-quality solution delivery and organizational skills to manage technical documentation.
  • Adaptability, a strong eagerness to learn new technologies and coding standards, and a proactive mindset toward resolving technical challenges.
  • Strong collaboration skills, able to support cross-functional development and QA teams and articulate complex technical findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English language, essential for documentation and international team communication.
