The Junior Systems Administrator is an entry-level position within the Lightspeed Systems Management Information Systems (MIS) Department. This role supports the administration, maintenance, and monitoring of corporate systems, infrastructure, and end-user environments under the guidance of senior MIS team members.
Primary responsibilities include assisting with user identity management, endpoint deployment and lifecycle management, system updates and monitoring, and resolving technical issues across operational and business systems. This role is designed as a developmental position within the systems administration track, providing hands-on experience in infrastructure, cloud systems, and automation while supporting the organization’s daily operations.
NOTE: This is a hybrid position, with several days each week required onsite at our Austin, Texas headquarters.
