Junior Stylist and Digital Technician

Proper Cloth is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Stylist and Digital Technician to join our dynamic team. In this multifaceted role, you will play a crucial part in our e-commerce operations, directly supporting the photography and styling team. Your work will help showcase our clothing in ways that engage customers and enhance their shopping experience.

As a Junior Stylist, you will assist with the visual presentation of our products, ensuring that each item is styled appropriately for photography. Additionally, as a Digital Technician, you will help manage and process images, maintaining a high standard of digital asset management. This position requires a mix of creativity, technical skills, and organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain an organized e-commerce studio
• Receive, log, and consult on priorities of new product.
• Organizing closets and racks for future and past shoots.
• Prepare products to be photographed
• Style the product while it's being photographed for e-commerce PDPs and marketing, ensuring alignment with the brand's vision and aesthetic.
• Assist on-figure studio shoots with quality control and file management.
• Help in organizing and managing digital assets, including image uploads and editing workflows.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during photo shoots and post-production processes.
• Maintain the studio space and keep equipment and materials organized.
• Assist with Styling Intern Management, ensuring interns are pulling the correct garments and that preparation meets standards.

Requirements

• Keen eye for detail.
• Experience or education in fashion styling, photography, or a related field.
• Proficient in Photoshop and familiarity with other imaging software.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
• Availability to work on-site in our NYC studio.

Summary:

Location: SoHo, NYC - In-Person, Paid

Salaried at $55,000

This position is in person 5 full days per week, Monday - Friday.
