What We’re Looking For: Junior Service Desk Technician

The Details:

  • Location: Waddell, AZ
  • Service desk coverage time is 2 am to 7 PM M-F. Shift would be 9 hours with a 1 hour lunch, and could be scheduled anytime with the service desk coverage time.
  • Pay: $15/h

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Phone Support: Accepting inbound calls and making outbound calls to support our clients’ employees.
  • Ticketing: Creating, updating and working tickets with the ticketing system to document issues and resolution.
  • Label Master: Create FedEx shipping TO and RETURN labels and send out equipment boxes
  • Info Guru: Update mobility information and add devices to asset management.
  • Organizer Extraordinaire: Clean and organize the storeroom as directed.
  • Project Pro: Tackle the Non-Employee Leave Dates Project.
  • Peripheral Postmaster: Mail out peripherals.
  • Package Tracker: Keep an eye on those FedEx packages.
  • Mailroom Maverick: Pick up mailroom items. 

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
