Junior SEPA Payments Operations

Project Context You will join the SEPA Payments Operations team, responsible for the operational processing of SEPA payments (transfers, direct debits, standing orders). This mission is intended for a junior profile, eager to learn and discover the SEPA payments environment directly on the field.

Goals & Deliverables

• Process SEPA payment transactions and manage anomalies

• Support operational files and daily activities

• Assist Front Office teams and internal stakeholders

• Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement

• Junior profile, motivated and eager to learn

• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

• Autonomous, proactive, and adaptable

• Good communication skills

• No prior SEPA knowledge required
