Junior SEO Linkbuilding & Outreach Specialist

We're hiring a Junior Linkbuilding & Outreach Specialist to grow Synder’s online visibility and authority.

You’ll focus on building high-quality backlinks, managing our presence in relevant communities, and strengthening our reputation across search and platforms like Reddit. Your work will directly support organic growth in the US market and increase brand credibility.

What you’ll do

• Research and identify relevant websites and platforms for link placement
• Secure backlinks through direct placements and outreach when necessary
• Maintain structured tracking of all placements
• Ensure links are relevant, high-quality, and aligned with SEO goals

• Monitor relevant subreddits (accounting, e-commerce, QuickBooks, SaaS, etc.)
• Write thoughtful, expert-style comments that add value to discussions
• Integrate Synder naturally and appropriately into relevant conversations
• Collaborate with internal proofreader to ensure clarity and correct English

What we expect

• English level: B2+
• Strong interest in SEO, digital marketing, search visibility, and online reputation
• Curiosity about accounting, SaaS, or fintech products
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Strong research skills — ability to find information, analyze it, and act on it
• Fast learner, comfortable figuring things out
• Responsible and organized with tracking and reporting

• Basic knowledge of Accountıng processes is a strong plus
• Previous experience with linkbuilding, outreach, or online communities is a strong plus
• Eastern Europe-based

We will provide training and guidance — but you should be ready to take ownership, research independently, and close tasks without constant supervision.
