Job description

As a Junior SEO & GEO Manager, you play a key role in the digital visibility of the AI-powered Employee Experience platform Flip. You will become part of our dynamic Marketing Team and contribute directly to increasing our organic reach. You will develop innovative and sustainable SEO and GEO strategies, optimise our website and content for search engines and the new era of AI Search Platforms (Chatbots, Language Models), and help us get discovered by global companies. 

What you can expect

  • Strategic SEO & GEO Optimization: You develop and implement comprehensive SEO and GEO strategies to drive our organic ranking and the AI Search visibility of getflip.com to new heights, and maximize click-through rates through precise meta-optimisation.
  • Technical SEO & Website Performance: You are the guardian of our technical health. You conduct regular audits, identify potential for improvement, and work closely with the website team to overcome technical challenges (Crawlability, Core Web Vitals).
  • Content Strategy & Briefing: You are the pace-setter for our Content Team. You create sharp SEO briefs for blog articles and content projects, ensure compliance with SEO best practices, and optimise existing content based on data.
  • Reporting & Analytics: You transform raw data into strategic insights. You continuously monitor central SEO KPIs (rankings, traffic, conversions) and make decisions based on analysis using Google Analytics 4, GSC, SEMrush, and SurferSEO.
  • Backlink & Off-Page SEO: You develop and implement effective link-building strategies and outreach campaigns, identify high-quality backlink opportunities, and actively monitor our backlink profile to strengthen Domain Authority.

What you bring to the table

  • Foundational Knowledge: Solid knowledge of SEO, GEO, and online marketing with at least 1–2 years of practical experience (including internships and projects).
  • Tool Proficiency: Secure handling of central SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, SEMrush, SurferSEO, or similar platforms.
  • Technical Understanding: Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS) and CMS systems (like Storyblok) is an advantage.
  • Expertise: You master keyword research and on-page optimization, and ideally have prior knowledge of GEO tools (Peec.ai).
  • Willingness to Learn: You are curious, stay on the pulse of time, and love being at the forefront of the constantly changing SEO/GEO landscape.
  • Soft Skills: You are a team player, work structured and diligently, and are able to efficiently manage multiple projects.
  • Bonus: Experience with B2B SaaS or HR technology, and/or a portfolio with demonstrable SEO/GEO successes (e.g., traffic growth).
