We are looking for a Junior SEM manager to create & optimize our paid search campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI for our e-commerce business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Google Ads and other paid search platforms. They will also possess analytical and creative skills to deliver measurable results while staying on top of industry trends. Scope of work includes collaboration with data, product and design teams within the company.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of proven experience as an SEM Manager or in a similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and other paid search best practices
  • Strong understanding of key SEM performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS etc.)
  • Data analytics skills (including comparative analysis of LTV, Repeat rate)
  • Familiarity with tools to monitor and report on metrics, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads dashboard
  • Ability to interpret metrics to create actionable insights and improve campaign performance
  • Good business acumen (including market & competitive analysis, forecasting)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
  • Work experience in travel/transport ticketing sectors
  • Certification in Google Ads or similar platforms
