About Us: We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Sales Trader - Associate with a technical skill set and a passion for finance, sales & trading, and the futures market. Responsibilities:
· Assist salespeople in the coverage of existing clients by monitoring trading flow and identifying opportunities.
· Conduct Transaction Cost Analysis (TCA) to optimize execution strategies.
· Support daily trading operations, resolving trade-related issues, and ensuring smooth execution.
· Identify new prospects and contribute to client acquisition efforts.
· Collaborate with the sales and trading teams to create and refine pitch materials.
· Work with the marketing team to update and enhance marketing materials.
· Assist in content creation, including market insights and thought leadership pieces for clients and prospects.
· Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and market developments to provide informed insights to clients.
· Utilize technical skills to analyze trading data and improve trading strategies.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze financial data.
· Technical proficiency (e.g., Excel, Python, SQL, or other analytical tools) is a plus.
· Strong interest in financial markets, trading, and investment strategies.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
· Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Previous internship or experience in sales & trading, asset management, or related financial services.
· Familiarity with futures markets and trading platforms.
· Experience with financial modeling or algorithmic trading is a plus.
