We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Junior Sales Specialist who is ready to take ownership of their sales targets and grow within a fast-moving SaaS environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
1–2 years of B2B or hospitality sales experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated
UAE driver’s license is mandatory.
Generate your leads through prospecting and field activity
Manage the full sales cycle independently from first contact to closure
Conduct product demonstrations and present suitable solutions
Prepare quotations, follow up, and close deals
Maintain accurate pipeline and CRM records
Understand customer needs and build long-term relationships
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding
