The BI Reporting team is responsible for the development, validation, and deployments of data/sales reports. We are using various reporting processes and tools in order to improve monetization strategy, economy balancing, retention, user engagement and various game features, through customer behavior and market analysis.
A Reporter is responsible to keep an active communication with all the other internal departments and external partners (if needed), through constant data-driven reports, in order to improve and support decision making in the company.
Responsibilities:
- Use our internal reporting tools to generate sales and user behavior reports;
- Structure data and prepare reports in Excel; use the report-writing and analytical skills to turn the data in meaningful business information;
- Provide quality checks in order to assure data correctness;
- Maintain documentation related to reports, personal tasks and team procedures;
- Communicate with international teams involved, in order to assure the best analytics, on the set deadlines.
- Set up and follow up, with internal and external partners/departments if stats are in line with the contracts signed;
- Communicate with international teams involved, in order to assure the best analytics results on time
- Define metrics, dashboards and reports, based on client specifications, to evaluate the game's or partners performances;
- Mastery of Excel, and good Microsoft Office knowledge;
- Fluent in written and spoken English, with concise writing skills;
- Strong analytical competencies and formal thinking; Ability to use the report-writing and analytical skills in order to provide client support, through data-driven feedback;
- Able to plan and organize, estimate deadlines, prioritize workload and complete multiple tasks;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to integrate quickly into a team;
- Autonomous, rigorous, self-motivated, problem-solving attitude, flexible, calm;
- High attention to detail without compromising the ability to keep track of the assigned ongoing tasks;
- Opened to managing task groups, projects and people in time.
Nice to have:
- VBA Macro for Excel, Looker and SQL/Python programming;
- Work experience in the gaming market (in role of: Reporting Specialist, Business Intelligence Specialist, Data analyst, Media planner.).
