Junior Sales Operations Analyst
Reporting in to: Sales Operations Analytics Manager
Location: Milton Keynes office - 2 days per week (Tuesdays & Wednesdays)

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven team player who enjoys diving into data, smoothing out processes, and helping the team run at its best. You’ll be at the heart of our day-to-day operations, looking after many key reports and processes that keep everything running smoothly. You’ll have the opportunity to grow your analytical skills, while building strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn, improve how things work, and make a real impact on how our teams operate every day.
This is a newly created role supporting our Estate Agency business units, working closely alongside the Senior Sales Enablement Manager and the Sales Operations Analyst.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll own many of the reports and processes that help our sales team be the best that they can be, while supporting the other members of the team to develop new tools and deliver data-focused projects. Your work will include:
