Junior Sales Intelligence Analyst

Ebury Warsaw office - 4 days in the office, 1 day of home office / week

Do you have a "detective" mindset and a passion for data-driven strategy? At Ebury, we don’t just find leads; we architect growth. We are looking for a Junior Sales Intelligence Analyst to join our global "Engine Room." If you love digging into complex datasets to find the "Why" behind the numbers, and you want to see your insights directly translate into international expansion, this is the role for you.

As a Junior Sales Intelligence Analyst, you will be the link between our high-level data models and the daily reality of our global sales desks. Your goal is to ensure our Business Developers are equipped with high-potential targets and that our regional data is pristine, actionable, and strategically segmented.

What You’ll Do:

  • You won't just find names; you’ll identify high-potential business opportunities. You will analyze market data to qualify and segment leads, ensuring our sales team is always hunting in the right territories.
  • Take full accountability for data quality in your assigned regions. You will be the guardian of our CRM - identifying data gaps, eliminating duplicates, and ensuring the "sales map" is 100% accurate.
  • Support regional lead-sourcing projects by segmenting markets and prioritizing outreach. You ensure the team hits the right industries at exactly the right time.
  • Analyze company profiles and market trends to help answer the big questions: Which sectors are growing? Where is the next big FX or lending opportunity?

What You’ll Bring:

  • You have a natural ability to solve puzzles and a low tolerance for "dirty" data. You enjoy finding patterns that others miss.
  • You are an Excel power-user who isn't afraid of a Pivot Table or complex formulas. You treat a spreadsheet as a tool for discovery.
  • You can look at a company’s profile and see the business potential. Previous experience in a Sales, Business Development, or a commercial support role is a significant plus.
  • You are a "detective" by nature, ensuring every data point is accurate before it reaches the sales floor.
  • You are eager to supplement your commercial knowledge by learning tools like SQL or BigQuery to level up your analytical impact.
