JUNIOR SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVES cum QA (Full-time) - Open to Hanoi

Our Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) cum QA position offers an entry point into the world of business development, providing foundational knowledge and valuable skills:

Responsibilities

1. Sales & Marketing Development (80%)

• Conduct proactive sales outreach via multiple channels, including LinkedIn, Email, Reddit, etc, to engage potential customers.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive customer database.
• Drive lead generation by encouraging prospects to schedule product demonstrations.
• Implement targeted email marketing campaigns to attract and nurture leads.
• Support product demonstrations and diligently follow up on outcomes.
• Contribute to content marketing initiatives and basic design tasks.
• Actively participate in community-building efforts to expand reach and engagement.

2. Compliance & Product Quality Assurance (20%)

• Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with teams to address quality-related issues and ensure continuous improvement
• Monitor and ensure adherence to quality standards for company products.

To succeed in this program, candidates must possess the following:

• Proficient English language skills (mandatory)
• Proactive communication skills.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in search engines, Microsoft Office Suite, and AI chatbots (Chat GPT, Grok, Gemini…)
• Strong listening and quick learning abilities.
• Persistence and discipline in their work, open-minded, and possess a positive work attitude.
