YOUR ROLE AS JUNIOR SALES AND MARKETING ASSOCIATE

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and client engagement. You will be responsible for initiating outreach to potential leads, supporting the execution of marketing campaigns, and attending sales consultation calls to assist with follow-ups and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct lead generation activities through email, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Schedule and attend sales consultation calls with potential clients
  • Take notes during calls, manage follow-ups, and assist in maintaining our CRM system
  • Assist in preparing sales decks, proposals, and marketing materials
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to support ongoing campaigns and promotions
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide regular updates
  • Help maintain a database of leads, contacts, and prospects
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
    • 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles (internships included)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and digital outreach tools
    • Positive attitude, coachable, and eager to learn
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
