Responsibilities
- Assisting the sales manager in identifying business challenges and opportunities for growth.
- Building and nurturing strong, lasting relationships with international clients across the US and Europe.
- Proactively maintaining and enhancing client satisfaction levels.
- Working closely and collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Facilitating effective communication and coordination between different departments to meet client needs.
- Supporting a sales manager in the day-to-day tactical approaches for client relationship and success management including value proposition, proposal creation, and contracting.
- Collaborating with subject matter experts to articulate compelling value propositions to clients.
- Supporting lead generation initiatives through proactive outreach and networking activities.
- Managing sales operations and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of emerging technologies and their practical applications in client solutions.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of all other languages is a plus (e.g. Spanish, French, etc.)
- Experience in the field of information technology.
- Experience and openness to create and share content on LinkedIn, as well as do outreach campaigns.
