Junior Sales Account Executive | B2B

TLDR

Play a key role in driving growth of AI, Data, and Tech Upskilling programs through meaningful sales conversations and collaboration with various internal teams.

We are looking for an Account Executive to join our Corporate Training business unit and play a key role in driving the growth of our AI, Data, and Tech Upskilling programs for companies.

In this role, you will lead client conversations, manage the commercial process end-to-end, and work closely with internal teams to ensure that what is sold is clear, realistic, and aligned with delivery. You will act as a trusted advisor to companies looking to upskill their teams — owning deals from discovery to close, and maintaining the client relationship throughout.

This is a consultative, client-facing sales role for someone structured, proactive, and comfortable managing complexity across multiple deals simultaneously.

💼 What You’ll Do

  • Run sales meetings with companies — HR, L&D, Operations, C-Level, and Innovation teams.
  • Build and present customised proposals covering scope, format, calendar, pricing, and funding options.
  • Manage and close deals end-to-end, from first qualified conversation to signed proposal.
  • Coordinate internally with Delivery, Finance, and Product to ensure what's sold is realistic and executable.
  • Own the client relationship throughout the delivery process — maintaining contact after close to build long-term accounts, case-studies and marketing materials.
  • Manage your full pipeline in HubSpot, keeping deal status, next steps, and handovers up to date.
  • Collaborate with the BDR on lead handovers and share market feedback with the team.


🗓️ What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

  • Review pipeline and priorities in HubSpot — follow-ups, pending proposals, upcoming meetings.
  • Sync with the BDR on handovers and pipeline alignment.
  • Run client meetings: discovery calls, proposal presentations, or closing conversations.
  • Work on active proposals — scope, pricing, timelines, funding coordination.
  • Coordinate with Delivery or Finance on deal-specific requirements.
  • Follow up with existing clients to maintain the relationship and identify new opportunities.

  • At least 2 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a sales role.
  • Comfortable leading client meetings and managing commercial conversations end-to-end.
  • Structured, organised, and able to run effective discovery conversations.
  • Autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese.
  • Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM (HubSpot is a strong plus).
  • Based in Lisbon.
