We are looking for a Junior Routing Specialist to join our team.


What will you do at MMDSmart?

• Customize routing to solve business problems;
• Optimize processes within the team as well as outside;
• Solve requests that come to Jira/Slack;
• Manually and automatically monitor the quality of traffic and routes. 
• In case of critical situations, make quick decisions to solve the problem;
• Maintain the quality of routes without failures;
• Get feedback from members of other teams to make the right decision.

Requirements

You are a perfect match if you have:

• English Upper Intermediate-Advanced level is a must;
• Analytical mindset and ability to learn quickly;
• Stress tolerance;
• Readiness to work for results;
• Knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian will be an advantage;
• Knowledge of regular expressions, SQL, and excel will be a plus;
• Experience in the telecom industry is not required but will be a plus;
