Junior - Recruitment Consultant

What You'll Actually Do

  • Speak to people—lots of them. Candidates, clients, hiring managers. You’ll be on the phone, in meetings, and building relationships daily.
  • Source talent. Use platforms like LinkedIn and internal databases to find high-potential candidates for your clients’ roles.
  • Manage recruitment processes. That includes screening candidates, prepping them for interviews, giving feedback, and closing offers.
  • Win business. You won’t be thrown into cold calling from day one, but you’ll be trained to build and grow your own client base over time.
  • Become an industry expert. You’ll learn how to speak the language of your market and become a true specialist.
  • Hit your goals. This is a sales role at heart—KPIs, targets, and performance bonuses are part of the game. And yes, it’s competitive.

What We Expect

  • Ideally 6–18 months of experience in a sales, customer service, or target-driven role. But attitude matters more than a perfect CV.
