Rigetti is building the world’s most powerful computers to solve humanity’s most important problems. Our teams bring together expertise across quantum physics, engineering, fabrication, software, and operations, and our ability to grow and develop technical talent is critical to our mission.
We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to support our recruiting operations while developing long-term ownership of University and Early Career hiring. This role is well-suited for a recruiter who thrives in structured execution, enjoys working with deeply technical teams and is motivated to learn and grow in a highly specialized environment.
