april is seeking a Junior Recruiter to help us build the team that makes it happen. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our growth, partnering with leadership and hiring managers to discover, attract, and bring exceptional people into the april team. Key Responsibilities
Support the end-to-end recruiting process (specifically for april Pro and high volume recruitment), including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management
Provide an excellent candidate experience by maintaining clear communication throughout the hiring process
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruiting channels
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
Gather and organize feedback from interviewers to support hiring decisions
Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system
Assist with developing creative recruiting strategies to attract top talent
Experience
2-4 years of recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience
Experience in a startup, tech, or high-growth environment is a major plus
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize effectively
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a relationship-building approach
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Familiarity with sourcing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS platforms, Ashby is a plus!
