We are expanding quickly and need a junior team member to help manage and qualify incoming real estate leads generated through our paid advertising campaigns (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).

Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive Junior Real Estate Lead Qualification Specialist to manage incoming leads from online campaigns, qualify potential investors, run introductory calls, update HubSpot CRM, and connect serious investors with our senior real estate advisors.

This is an ideal position for someone early in their career, highly organized, motivated, and comfortable speaking with clients internationally.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Qualification

  • Receive all incoming investor leads generated by our online marketing campaigns.
  • Respond to every lead quickly and professionally via email, WhatsApp, or phone.
  • Send pre-written email sequences introducing our real estate projects.
  • Schedule and conduct introductory calls (10–15 minutes) with potential investors.
  • Pre-qualify leads to confirm:
    • investment budget
    • timeline
    • experience
    • country of residence
    • investment goals
    • seriousness & readiness to move forward

CRM Management (HubSpot)

  • Update and maintain accurate client profiles in HubSpot.
  • Assign lifecycle stages (lead, MQL, SQL, etc.).
  • Log all calls, messages, and notes.
  • Tag investors by project, country, and interest level.
  • Move qualified leads to the senior advisor pipeline.

Coordination With Senior Real Estate Advisors

  • Once a lead is qualified, coordinate an introduction with:
    • senior real estate agents
    • project partners
    • developers we represent
  • Prepare a summary of the investor profile before handing the lead off.

Communication & Follow-Up

  • Maintain a professional and friendly communication style at all times.
  • Follow up consistently with leads who have shown interest.
  • Ensure all potential investors receive project brochures, price lists, and presentations.

Reporting

  • Weekly lead report: number of leads, qualification rate, calls completed, and hand-offs.
  • Monthly KPI report to the CEO.

Requirements

Must Have

  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • Basic understanding of real estate or willingness to learn fast
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Good writing skills for email communication
