Junior Purchasing Analyst | Networking Solutions

We are looking for a Junior purchasing analyst to strengthen our purchasing team in Kaunas. You will work procurement systems and develop our analytical and data management skills in a dynamic environment.

Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.

In this role, you will:

• Collect and consolidate data from ERP, supplier portals, and internal sources
• Clean and prepare datasets for analysis (basic validation, mapping, data checks)
• Build and maintain simple purchasing dashboards and reports in Power BI
• Ensure report accuracy, freshness, and accessibility for the team
• Assist with spend analysis and BOM reviews under guidance
• Monitor stock levels and lead times; flag risks and potential shortages
• Track basic procurement KPIs (cost, lead time, OTIF) and highlight exceptions
• Prepare ad‑hoc summaries on price changes, delays, or waste
• Present findings to buyers and planners; support managers with clear visuals
  

What we expect of you:

• Power BI proficiency is a must (able to build dashboards, use common visuals/slicers, create basic measures)
• Solid Excel skills (formulas, PivotTables; Power Query basics are an advantage)
• Willingness to learn ERP and procurement tools; prior exposure is an advantage
• Attention to detail and a strong data quality mindset
• Good English (spoken and written) and clear, concise communication
• Organized, reliable, and eager to learn; able to work in a team with guidance
  

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Basic understanding of procurement and supply chain concepts (BOM, MOQ, lead time)
• Basics in SQL
• Experience with DAX beyond basics
• Prior internship or project in procurement/analytics

Salary

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 13 Eur/h up to 15 Eur/h (~2180 Eur—2520 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.

*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
