Junior Project Manager (full-time, Amsterdam)

What you will do.

As Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of key initiatives, steering projects through every phase—from initial goal-setting to final delivery. Whether you're launching a new product line (e.g., coffee, meals, or ice cream), expanding our operations internationally, or designing processes that make us scalable, you’ll ensure that everything runs smoothly and successfully.

Your key responsibilities will include:

· Creating and maintaining detailed project schedules, ensuring tasks are clearly defined, and progress stays on track

· Monitoring day-to-day progress and proactively flagging risks, delays, or deviations from the plan

· Actively collaborating with internal teams and external partners to coordinate actions and follow up on commitments

· Communicating clearly and consistently with project team members and stakeholders, sharing updates, aligning next steps, and addressing questions or issues as they arise

· Driving execution and follow-up, making sure actions are completed, and projects continue to move forward. You will support the delivery of key strategic projects while independently managing smaller initiatives. By staying close to the day-to-day execution, you help ensure actions are completed, timelines are followed, and project goals are delivered.

Requirements

What you can bring.

· Good communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders.

· A strong sense of responsibility for your tasks and deliverables.

· A pragmatic, results-driven approach with a focus on execution.

· The ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and keep an overview of priorities.

· You know how to plan and phase the different activities over time.

Who you are.

• You live in or close to Amsterdam,

• You bring 1-3 years of experience, preferably in a project management role

• Experience or affinity with hospitality, retail tech, or F&B is a big plus

• You have a Bachelor’s degree or higher

• You speak Dutch and English fluently
