We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager with 4-6 years of project management experience to support our team on a part-time basis. This role involves working remotely, managing multiple tasks, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will assist in coordinating resources, tracking progress and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. This is a part time role.
Assist in managing multiple client projects concurrently.
Ensure project milestones are met on time and within the agreed quality standards.
Develop and implement strategies, track project timelines and coordinate tasks to ensure all team members are on schedule.
Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.
Act as a liaison between the Key Account Manager, project team members.
Schedule and organize project meetings, including team check-ins and client status updates.
Ensure clear communication of project requirements, updates, and deliverables to all stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and ensure any deviations are addressed promptly.
Prepare and present regular project status reports for internal and stakeholder reviews.
Proactively identify potential project risks and work with the team to develop mitigation strategies.
Assist in resource allocation and ensure that staff members are aligned with project needs.
Work closely with the Key Account Manager to update project plans, priorities, and deadlines.
Provide support in preparing presentations, project briefs, and client-facing documents.
Suggest and implement improvements to project management processes to enhance team efficiency.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of all project deliverables.
Other duties as assigned.
4-6 years of experience in project management or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or related field preferred. PMP desired.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Notion, Microsoft Project).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
A problem-solver with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Basic understanding of change management.
2+ years of experience working remotely or managing remote teams.
Basic understanding of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
