• Post M&A integration;

• Corporate merger;

• Transversal project (SAP optimization, manage operative issue,…)

This role provides the chance to contribute directly to the financial success of a company that is continuously evolving.

Your main responsibilities:

• Operational coordination of projects, in collaboration with local and corporate teams

• Planning calls, meetings, and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders

• Management of Excel files, databases, and project documentation

• Monitoring of timelines and follow-up on deliverables

• Assistance in resolving operational and managerial issues

Requirements

The ideal candidate:

• Fluent English, both written and spoken

• Proficiency in MS Excel.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage tasks independently

• Accuracy, organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proactive attitude and strong team spirit
