Junior Production Engineer- Chassis & BIW Metal Work

TLDR

Engage in detailed reverse dismantling and maintenance tasks for BIW systems while ensuring safety and operational compliance on the production site.

-       Strictly abide by the management of the company and conscientiously implement the rules and regulations of the team.

-       Responsible for the reverse dismantling of each system of the BIW according to the welding relationship (cutting, removing RSW points and welding seams, grinding, etc.), and taking photos, retouching photos, measuring, weighing, uploading data and other work in the process.

-       Be able to operate and use various tools according to the process and specifications, and ensure the operation is safe.

-       Comply with 5S management regulations of production site.

-       According to the equipment operation standards, use the equipment, carry out daily maintenance and upkeep.

-       Complete other temporary tasks assigned by superior.

Requirements

-       Proficient in daily office software

-       Experience in car breaking is preferred, certificate in car breaking skills is preferred.

-       Experience in body welding (e.g. Oems welding shop) is preferred

-       Have strong operational ability and safety awareness.

-       Good communication and coordination skills, strong understanding ability, hard-working, responsible
