Junior Product Marketing Manager
TLDR
Support the execution of go-to-market plans for financial services, conduct market analysis, and collaborate with various teams to improve marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the execution of go-to-market plans for Yassir’s financial services

Assist in preparing market analysis, competitor benchmarks, and customer segmentation inputs

Coordinate with performance marketing, growth, and brand teams to execute marketing campaigns

Contribute to market research and customer insights collection (surveys, field feedback, basic analysis)

Support create and update product messaging, presentations, and marketing materials

Track and report on key product marketing KPIs, contributing to campaign optimization

Coordinate with sales and business development teams (define needs and align on priorities and timelines)

+2 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, or a similar role

Strong interest in fintech and digital products

Analytical mindset with basic knowledge of data analysis (Excel/Sheets; other marketing tool is a plus)

Good communication and writing skills (Arabic & French; English is a plus)

Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple tasks

Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
