Roles & Responsibilities

• Data Orchestration & ROI: Build and maintain comprehensive product ROI dashboards by synthesizing data from multiple sources (ERP sales data, investment tracking tool, and CRM pipelines).
• Market & Sales Intelligence: Actively monitor Embedded Computing market, SoC Vendor roadmaps, CRM opportunities and sales feedback to identify trends, extracting actionable insights that will refine our current offering and spark new feature ideas.
• Lifecycle Management: Own and maintain the product data “Source of Truth”. You will manage the creation and updates of products within our internal systems, ensuring every SKU follows our rigorous lifecycle processes.
• Roadmap Support: Provide the data-backed "Why" for our roadmap. You will support Senior PMs in maintaining the roadmap for SoMs, Carrier Boards, and Accessories.
• Accessory Launch: Actively select, develop, catalog, and launch new accessories on the Toradex Webshop.

Targets & Goals

• Dashboard Accuracy: Ensure 100% data integrity across all ROI and investment tracking tools.
• Insight Delivery: Produce monthly reports that highlight shifting customer needs or emerging market opportunities.
• Operational Excellence: Achieve zero-error product launches within internal systems by following established lifecycle protocols.
• Time-to-Market: Successfully move accessories from the "idea" phase to "live" on the Webshop within targeted timelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

Must-Have:

• Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience (this could be in Data Analysis, Junior PM, Sales Ops, or Engineering Support).
• Data Literacy: High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with data visualization (PowerBI, Tableau, or similar).
• The "Product Mindset": You don't just see numbers; you see the story they tell about user behavior and business value.
• Process Champion: Hardware has long lead times and strict requirements; you must be someone who enjoys following and improving structured processes.
• Tech Fluency: A basic understanding of (or strong motivation to learn about) embedded hardware, SoMs, and the B2B tech ecosystem.
• Available to work from Toradex Office in Campinas/SP.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) is important in a global team environment.

Nice to Have:

• Tooling Experience: Previous exposure to CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), ERP systems, Jira, Confluence and Engineering management tools.
• AI Fluency: Familiarity with Generative AI tools to accelerate documentation, summarize stakeholder feedback, and streamline day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Academic Background: A degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science.
