Junior Product Manager

TLDR

Lead the development of an internal due diligence research platform and case management application, ensuring seamless workflows while integrating AI capabilities for enhanced efficiency.

We’re looking for a smart and motivated Product Manager to lead the discovery, development, and ongoing evolution of our internal due diligence (DD) research platform, while owning an existing case management application through which DD orders flow. This role requires deep experience working with workflow-driven applications and API integrations, ideally within risk, compliance, or other regulated environments, along with demonstrated experience embedding AI capabilities into business processes to drive automation, efficiency, and improved decision-making.

The Product Manager will play a critical role in connecting systems, data, and teams—ensuring seamless end-to-end due diligence workflows from order intake through research to delivery.

You will join the Vantage Product Team, reporting to the Head of Product.

Please submit a copy of your CV in English.

The Role

  • Own the product roadmap for both the DD research platform and the case management application.
  • Translate business and operational needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, with particular attention to API contracts, integrations, and system dependencies.
  • Partner closely with engineering, architecture, and data teams to design and deliver scalable, well-integrated solutions.
  • Act as the primary product owner for the case management application that receives, routes, and tracks due diligence orders.
  • Optimise end-to-end workflows including order intake, case assignment, status tracking, escalations, and reporting.
  • Ensure reliable, well-documented API integrations between the case management application, the DD research platform, and other internal or third-party systems.
  • Prioritise features and technical improvements with consideration for regulatory risk, operational impact, and platform stability.

Requirements

Essential

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager working on workflow-based applications (e.g. case management, order management, ticketing, or process automation systems).
  • Strong hands-on experience defining and delivering API integrations (RESTful APIs, event-driven systems, or similar), including managing dependencies and integration roadmaps.
  • Experience operating in risk, compliance, financial crime, due diligence, or other regulated domains.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-system products with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business impact.

Desirable

  • Direct experience with due diligence, investigations, KYC/AML, or compliance research platforms.
  • Experience working with data platforms, search, or knowledge management systems.
  • Background in internal tools used by specialist or expert user groups.
