At Shinesty, our mission is to force the world to take itself less seriously. We make people laugh first and sell second. Our mothers don’t always approve of what we do, but the millions of people we’ve entertained over the years do.
We’re looking for a highly organized, analytical, and merchandising-minded Junior Product Line Manager to help plan, manage, and optimize Shinesty’s product assortment across channels. This person will own the lifecycle of a defined group of products — from initial setup, to onsite visual merchandising, to ongoing performance evaluation — ensuring the right products are showcased in the right places at the right time.
This role sits at the intersection of merchandising, planning, ecommerce, and operations. You’ll be responsible for building monthly linesheets, keeping collections fresh and balanced, improving the subscription experience, supporting wholesale assortments, and leveraging Looker/BI tools to make fast, smart, data-backed decisions.
If you love spreadsheets, have an eye for merchandising, and thrive in a fast-moving DTC environment, you’ll fit right in.

- Support wholesale channel growth through assortment planning, SKU life-cycle awareness, and sales insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure line plans reflect business goals and margin targets.
Subscription Experience Support
- Help maintain and enhance Shinesty’s subscription product assortment and customer flow.
- Identify opportunities to increase retention, reduce friction, and boost AOV through newness, packs, and merchandising.
Analytics & Business Intelligence
- Own the weekly Merchandise Scorecard to track pacing vs. forecast and highlight key trends and issues.
- Use Looker and other BI tools to understand performance and drive agile, data-backed decisions.
- Evaluate performance against forecasts and recommend actions to correct course or accelerate wins.
Pack Creation & AOV Optimization
- Build and propose value-driven product packs to increase AOV and improve customer choice.
- Partner with marketing and ecommerce to merchandise packs effectively across the site.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Planning, Development, Design, Marketing, Ecommerce, and Operations to ensure smooth product launches.
- Maintain clean documentation and clear communication around launch timing, product details, and merchandising needs.
Support improvements to processes that streamline workflows and reduce errors.
