Job Description
Our UX/UI team designs cutting-edge FinTech solutions for the digital bank of tomorrow.
We are looking for a Junior–Mid Product Designer with a minimum of 2 years of experience, strong design skills, and a desire to contribute to an innovation-oriented environment.
Your Mission
- Design and deliver high-quality interaction concepts, interfaces, and prototypes for mobile apps and responsive web solutions.
- Contribute to the future of mobile and desktop banking by participating in product ideation, feature definition, and user experience creation.
- Help build and maintain a design system for large-scale applications, contributing to its vision, structure, components, and processes.
- Work collaboratively with Designers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Developers to transform complex banking tasks into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Ensure design consistency and usability across multiple devices (desktop, tablet, and mobile).
- A minimum of 2 years of experience designing mobile or web applications, ideally with exposure to design systems.
- Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
- Experience designing digital products and systems (beyond websites).
- Strong understanding of UX and UI best practices.
- Solid educational background in Visual, Graphic, or Interaction Design.
- Strong skills in UI design, interaction design, and prototyping.
- Understanding of how to create and maintain scalable UIs through reusable components.
- Interest in the future of banking and the ability to design forward-thinking digital solutions.
- Some knowledge of CSS and HTML componentization is a plus.
- Collaborative, proactive, low-ego team player with experience in Agile environments.
- Ability to self-organize and work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- A strong portfolio showcasing recent and relevant design work.
