Bits of your job:
Conduct regular quality audits and reviews to ensure standards are met.
Analyze audit results to identify quality issues, recurring trends, and areas for improvement, and support corrective actions.
Develop, update, and document processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including creating visual process flows, and communicate them clearly to relevant teams.
Suggest process improvements and support implementation of optimizations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align processes and quality standards.
Perform testing as needed to verify processes or system changes.
Assist team members and provide support as required, including training and guidance.

Key expectations:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Basic understanding of process management and quality assurance methods.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
Good communication skills, with the ability to report findings clearly.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong Google Sheet skills
Salary: 1,000 - 1,300 €/mon. net
