We’re looking for a Junior Prematch Trader with a numerical mindset and a genuine interest in esports.
This role sits within the Pre-Event Esports Trading team, contributing to the delivery of a high-quality, competitive betting product and a best-in-class experience for our partners and their end users. As a B2B provider, precision, consistency, and scalability are key — and you will play a role in supporting that foundation
You’ll support the setup and management of pre-match markets across key esports titles such as CS2, League of Legends, and Dota 2, learning how pricing is built and structured before matches start.
This is an entry-level role and a strong starting point for someone who enjoys working with numbers, follows competitive esports, and wants to develop into a professional trader.
Compile odds and support pre-match pricing for assigned esports titles and tournaments
Trade esports events and monitor liabilities to ensure risk is mitigated
Support planning of tournament coverage, ensuring key events and markets are prepared in line with company standards
Assist in managing coverage calendars across titles to guarantee consistency and completeness of the betting offer
Respond to customer queries related to esports markets in a timely and professional manner
Learn risk management principles and trading tools
Monitor and trade pre-match as well as live esports matches
Collaborate with the technical and product teams to improve workflow
Feedback on models, pricing and industry trends to relevant stakeholders
Contributing in discussions on Game Titles with special interest/knowledge
Numerically minded with basic probability awareness
Good knowledge of LoL/Dota2, CS2 or other MOBA titles
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Reliability and proactive approach
Flexible availability to cover global esports schedules
Upper-intermediate level of English or higher (B2+)
Team player as well as a self-starter
Any exposure to sports or esports betting
Strong Excel skills are a big plus
