Job Description: Junior Pre-Litigation Attorney (Lemon Law / Class Actions)
Location: 100% Remote
Compensation: $110,000 to $125,000 (based on experience)
Experience: 1 year of attorney experience preferred

Fast-growing lemon law firm seeks a Junior Pre-Litigation Attorney with 1 year of experience. This role is ideal for an attorney who wants to build a career in lemon law and class action work.
You will work closely with an established Senior Pre-Litigation Attorney and get direct training, case exposure, and strong growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
Draft pre-litigation demand letters
Draft complaints
Handle pre-litigation fee arbitrations
Support lemon law lead approval review
Handle class member calls
Evaluate potential class action claims and class member issues
Assist with pre-litigation strategy and case development
Work with senior attorney on case handling and issue spotting
Qualifications
1 year of attorney experience (pre-litigation, litigation, plaintiff-side, or similar)
Strong interest in lemon law and class action practice
Strong legal writing and drafting skills
Comfortable handling client and class member calls
Organized and able to manage deadlines in a remote environment
Licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
