Process customer payments according to established departmental procedures
Provide support to other departments as needed, including but not limited to Customer Care, Fraud, Risk, Finance
Escalate complex customer issues to supervisor or manager as needed
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times
Educational background in Finance, Economics or similar
A background of interaction and familiarity with Risk and Compliance Protocols
Highly adaptable to changing circumstances and priorities
Strong interpersonal communication & collaboration skills and time management skills
Ability to learn quickly and work both independently and as a team
