The Junior Patent Filing Project Manager is responsible for supporting the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of patent filing projects. Working under senior project managers, this entry-level role offers the opportunity to learn project management skills and develop expertise in the patent filing and localization domain. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, scoping, and gathering requirements for client projects.
  • Support project scheduling and tracking to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external vendors to achieve project goals.
  • Monitor budgets and assist in controlling project costs.
  • Help prepare reports and maintain project documentation.
  • Learn to identify and mitigate risks while contributing to contingency planning.
  • Build strong working relationships with clients and team members.
  • Actively seek ways to improve processes for better delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Participate in training to become proficient in project management tools, systems, and methodologies.
  • Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, or similar) or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exposure or interest about the patent filing and localization industry.
  • Experience in project management is preferred
  • Experience in financial management and budget 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
