Junior Operations Securities Manager - Corporate Actions (m/f/x)

TLDR

Contribute to the fast-paced growth of a leading digital investment platform by managing reconciliation, settlement, and corporate actions processes.

You will own daily reconciliation, settlement, and security transaction processes to actively contribute to flawless financial services
You will support the analysis of corporate action events by identifying patterns, correlating data, and helping detect and investigate issues to ensure smooth processing
You take overcommunication with our external partners to ensure smooth processing of corporate actions
You will assist to develop scalable processes and collaborate with internal teams to support the fast-paced growth of our business

You have successfully completed a banking apprenticeship, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or equivalent
You gained first experience in securities services, brokerage or asset management; prior involvement in a bank’s middle or back office is a plus
You are knowledgeable or interested in securities and banking processes, such as corporate actions and correlating banking activities
You are able to work in a time-sensitive environment and balance competing priorities
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
You are fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
