Junior Operations Payment Manager (m/f/x)

TLDR

Support daily reconciliation and SEPA payment processing within a rapidly growing fintech, enhancing customer financial experiences across Europe.

You will own daily reconciliation, SEPA payment processing and liquidity management processes to actively contribute towards flawless financial services
You will investigate mismatches and execute time-sensitive tasks to achieve operational excellence
You will provide detailed cash transaction analyses to set the foundation for problem solving and decision making
You will be responsible for communication with external partners for liquidity management and SEPA payments like trustees and central banks to ensure smooth settlement of transactions
You will support the development of scalable processes and collaborate with internal teams to support the fast-paced growth of our business

You successfully completed a banking apprenticeship or a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent
You gained first experience in financial services; involvement in a bank’s middle or back office is a plus
You are knowledgeable about payment and banking processes, such as SEPA payments and account reconciliation
You are able to work in a time-sensitive environment and balance competing priorities
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
You are fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus
