Junior Operations Manager Greece & Cyprus (m/f/d)

If you know the Greek market by heart, understand key business drivers, and are eager to learn more about scaling a business locally, you are the perfect match! Previous experience in e-commerce, customer service or project management is a plus.

As Junior Operations Manager for Greece and Cyprus (m/f/d), you will support the Country Manager in localizing content to ensure our global strategy resonates with the local market. You will track daily operational KPIs and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, providing you the opportunity to gain exposure to various business areas, including logistics, customer service, and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Localization of marketing campaigns for the Greek audience
• Translation of various texts from English into Greek (e.g., sales campaigns, newsletters, fashion content, marketing materials)
• Competitor monitoring (e.g., sales campaigns, celebrity and influencer collaborations, services)
• Quality assurance of our website
• Management of daily operations, KPI monitoring, and engagement with logistics and customer service teams
• Market analyses and development

Requirements

• Native-level competence in Greek, both spoken and written
• Fluency in English; German is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Work experience in business development, project management, customer service or logistics is a plus
• Strong communication and analytical skills
