Junior Operations Automation Engineer

We are looking for a Junior Operations Automation Engineer to join our team supporting a Swedish client in modernizing and streamlining internal operational processes. This is a remote position and an excellent opportunity to grow your skills in automation and system operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining internal automation tools and dashboards.
• Write and maintain scripts (e.g. in Python) to automate routine tasks and processes.
• Help integrate lightweight tools and frameworks that improve team operations.
• Support data extraction and visualization for internal reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and follow up on assigned technical tasks.

Requirements

• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python preferred).

• Basic understanding of dashboard or reporting frameworks.
• Interest in automation and a desire to grow in a systems-oriented role.
• Good communication skills and ability to work remotely in international teams.
• Proficiency in English (working level).
