About the Operations Associate
NESsT is looking for a smart, organized, and proactive team member to handle operations for our team in Lima, Peru. The right candidate will have excellent communication and people skills and show maturity in handling business and confidential situations.

Location: Remote (Preferably based in Lima) and occasionally from our co-working space in Lima
Hours: 25 - 30 hours/week (to be agreed between parties) Because NESsT is an international organization, online meetings, training, and conferences sometimes occur outside these hours.
Reports to: Finance and Operations Associate Peru
Compensation: Commensurate with experience and NESsT’s part-time compensation structure
Start Date: Beginning of November 2025
