About the Role
As a team member of the RainFocus Client Success organization, the Junior On-site Specialist will focus on delivering high-quality badges for our clients. This role focuses on receiving badge requirements from clients, adjusting colors to match expectations, and to deliver the badges to clients for approval. As a member of the Event Delivery team, the Junior On-Site Specialist will have to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams in order to gather the necessary details. This role is also expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously -- this could be up to 20 clients simultaneously.
Candidates must be collaborative, energetic team members who are capable of becoming experts in RainFocus with the RainFocus onsite badging solution. The candidate must be proficient in Adobe Illustrator and be able to provide insight into methods to improve existing processes. The candidate must also be able to speak confidently on calls and/or video conferencing with clients.
The Junior On-Site Specialist is a full-time role. The role is required to be in office Monday - Friday.
Essential Responsibilities:
Communication
Help gather details and artwork from a client
Answer client questions in regards to the artwork and the RainFocus printing solution
Coordinate with internal RainFocus teams in badge design
Deliver finished samples to client and received feedbackAdjusting Illustrator files
Make appropriate adjustments to Adobe Illustrator files in order to match specific PMS colors from the client
Creating and adjusting art boards in Adobe Illustrator Process Development
Inform Event Delivery team of new and better ways to create badges
Create documentation and training materials in order for clients and internal teams to understand the badge process
Technical
Using RainFocus printers for testing, matching colors, and printing samples
Troubleshooting printers when a bug appears
Learn the RainFocus tool in order to create and test badges
Required Skills/Experience:
1+ years experience with Adobe Illustrator
1+ years of web development experience
Strong, working knowledge of HTML, CSS/SASS, and Javascript
Very strong written and verbal communication skills with an understanding of
Agile methodologies
Ability to communicate in a professional atmosphere
Collaboration on creation of processes to acquire requirements for live event execution
Create and maintain training materials
Assist in training new hires and contractors
Represent product needs for the Event Delivery team in appropriate product development meetings
Client and partner consultation to drive badge solution best practices
Applicant is required to be within reasonable commuting distance from the Lehi, Utah Office
