Junior Netsuite Consultant (all gender)

Your mission

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented NetSuite Junior Functional Consultant to join our growing team. The Junior Functional Consultant will work closely with senior consultants to assist in the successful implementation, customization, and support of the NetSuite ERP platform

Responsibilities

Implementation Support: Assist senior consultants in NetSuite implementation projects, including requirements gathering, system configuration, data migration, and testing activities. 

Configuration and Customization: Perform basic configuration tasks within NetSuite, such as setting up new users, roles, permissions, forms, and custom records under supervision. 

Documentation: Maintain clear, concise, and accurate documentation of client requirements, system configurations, testing procedures, and training materials. 

User Training: Assist in developing and delivering end-user training sessions and materials to ensure client teams can effectively utilize the NetSuite platform. 

Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the configured solution meets business requirements and functions as expected. 

Troubleshooting and Support: Provide post-implementation support, addressing and resolving minor system issues and end-user inquiries in a timely manner. 

Data Management: Assist with data cleanup, imports, and exports as needed during project phases. 

Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including technical developers, project managers, and client stakeholders. 

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field. 

 Knowledge: Foundational knowledge of accounting principles and key business processes (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Financial Management, Manufacturing). 

Technical Aptitude: Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software, systems, and technologies. 

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical information to non-technical users. 

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. 

Self-Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
